Hey! I’m Lauren! Equine portrait photographer based in Logan, Utah (and willing to travel!) I’m a full time mom, with two adorable boys and the best husband around. I’m a California born, Utah raised country girl addicted to the beautiful and simple things in life. If I’m not taking pictures or spending time with my family you will find me riding horses (usually with my family!).
I grew up showing horses and competing in High School Rodeo. I then went on to compete on the Utah State University Rodeo team as well as the USU Intercollegiate Horse Show Association (where I met my amazing husband). I am lucky enough to own my dream horse, a big dark palomino named Copper. He has taught me so much, and is always willing to be my model for new ideas and test shoots! I love every aspect of the equine world, and love photographing it even more. The bond between a horse and human is something indescribable, but if you have it you know it. I truly believe Winston Churchill’s quote that says: “There is something about the outside of a horse that is good for the inside of a man”.
