One of my most frequently asked questions is: When is the best time for pictures with flowers or blossoms? Its a great question – most locations you have to time just right! Because of this I’ve started a Utah flower location guide. I’ve compiled a few of my favorite locations and the time of year when the blossoms or flowers are typically best. It varies slightly from year to year, but this will give you a general time of when to plan your photo session! All of these locations are in northern Utah between Cache Valley and Salt Lake City. Most of these locations are horse friendly as well! The… Keep Reading
Snowy Horse Bridals
I’ve been so excited to show these snowy horse bridals!! Jesse got married today, so I can stop keeping her bridals under wraps! My good friend Camille recently got into photography so I tagged along with her to take some pictures of her sister-in-law! It was so much fun to shoot just for fun! We headed up green canyon, found a spot with lots of good snow where the sun was just peaking out from behind the mountain and took lots of pictures! I love the sun in my images and that day it did not disappoint! Although the sun was out it was still cold. Jesse was a trooper… Keep Reading
Best of 2019
I am so behind on blogging! But I couldn’t pass up my best of 2019 post, even if it’s two months into 2020. Enjoy!

I’ve gone through a lot of different gear, and have found a nice line-up that works for me! When I first started photography I would see other’s pictures and have to know how they got that type of shot. I’ve learned that a lot of photography is about light, but it is also about knowing your gear! You don’t have to… Keep Reading
Nevada Wedding – Matt + Hayley
This Nevada wedding was absolutely picture perfect. Matt and Hayley are both horse lovers, and it only made sense that they would be married on a ranch in Nevada (where Matt grew up). Jiggs, Nevada is a very rural place, where you can smell the sagebrush (one of my favorite smells) and hear the coyotes at night. This wedding was stunning! They put so much work into making sure every little detail was perfect. From the flowers, to the cake, to the location, nothing could have been better! Matt and Hayley scheduled plenty of time in between the ceremony and reception for pictures. Once we finished with the family pictures… Keep Reading
