I love when people take me to locations that mean something to them! Ross’ cows live out on this piece of land in Mt. Sterling, and this is where he proposed to Bekka! It was so fun to take pictures there with their little guy Hank. It is a gorgeous spot with rolling green rolling hills. We originally had pictures scheduled for the week before, but when we got to the location a big storm had rolled in with lots of lightning. We decided we didn’t want to be out on the top of the hills with the storm, so we rescheduled. Second time around was the absolute opposite in… Keep Reading
Graycie Senior Pictures
Graycie is graduating from Sky View High School this spring! Such an exciting time of year! We were so lucky with the weather, and managed to pick a date for her senior pictures that was right in-between storms! It was still really cold, but no rain and snow! We headed up Green Canyon with her horse and took advantage of the pretty light before it was covered up by the clouds. Her boyfriend, Gavin, came along, so of course we had to get pictures of the two of them as well! I love hearing about their plans for the future, and can’t wait to see what amazing things they are… Keep Reading
Rachel + Kolton | Idaho Wedding
I haven’t posted a blog since August!! Fall has been so busy!! So, since I have the next week off of work, I’m going to try and get caught up on all my missing blog posts for the year! Starting with one of my favorites, an Idaho Wedding with Rachel and Kolton! This wedding was perfect. Even months later, I can still remember the excitement! We started out with getting ready pictures with Rachel and the girls. This is one of my favorite times of the day. I just love seeing the bride in her dress the first time and everybody’s reactions. So much emotion! After everyone was ready we… Keep Reading
Roping Pictures | Lowe Kids
I’ve been looking forward to this shoot for a while! If these kids look familiar, it’s because i did family pictures for the whole family in June! They wanted some pictures of the kids with their horses as well, so I went to their house and took some roping pictures. These kids sure know how to rope and ride! I’m so impressed, and wish I could rope like them when I was their age! After roping we headed out to an alfalfa field above Hyrum Dam to get some portraits with their horses! We ended up getting the most beautiful sunset as a backdrop to our pictures at the end… Keep Reading
Jessie | Equine Bridals
I am so excited that I can finally share these Equine Bridals!!! Jessie and RJ are getting married today, which means I don’t have to keep these a secret any longer! I’ve been dying to share these pictures. Jessie is such a stunning bride. We headed out to the Smith barn in Lewiston to get some rustic elegant bridals with Jessie and her horse Marley. This is one of my favorite places to shoot, so many different options all in one spot! We started without Marley to get some detail shots of Jessie in her dress, but quickly added in Marley. Lee’s Marketplace made a gorgeous floral wreath and bouquet… Keep Reading
