I am pretty sure this is my favorite time of year (although I might say that at the start of every season!) I guess I just really love changing season to season, and all that the new season brings! I’m loving that spring is in full swing. The grass is greener than I’ve ever seen it this early (thanks to the insane amount of rain we have been getting!). We lucked out and had these engagements on the schedule for the perfect day, right between two storms. The air was clean and clear from the rain the day before, and the clouds were coming in for the next storm and gave us the prettiest backdrop. We met at a rustic old barn, then headed out to a alfalfa field with a wheel line. We finished at a gorgeous winter wheat field that had standing water in it and a gorgeous view of the Wellsville mountains. It was the perfect night!
Jake and Baylee have know each other for a long time. They first met in high school. Although they didn’t go to the same high school they ended up meeting at a 4-H judging event. They dated a little, and then Jake got busy snowmobiling and so they stayed as friends until he left to serve on his LDS mission for two years. About 6 months in Baylee started writing Jake, and they started dating again soon after he got home. I cannot begin to tell you how perfect these two are for each other. Just look at their pictures to see how in love they are! And not only did Jake get Baylee the perfect most amazing ring, he also designed it as well!
