Logan Utah Photographer. When I first started photography, that was an intimidating phrase. There are a lot of photographers from Utah, and a lot of backlash on the “newbies” or “momtogs” just starting out and not charging much. I was intimidated. But my love for photography kept me going. I soon found an amazing group of photographers that not only didn’t judge me, but wanted to help me become a better photographer. They helped me figure out exactly what I wanted to shoot and the passion behind it. It didn’t take me long to find my passion; I could take pictures of people with their horses all day every day. I soon found that I also loved pictures of couples in love. And families. Basically, I love to take pictures of true relationships and tell a story through my pictures. Whether it is the relationship a senior has with her horse (which can so strong and so much fun to capture), a recently engaged couple, or a family who just brought their first baby into the world; I love that I get to capture that relationship and help my clients hold on to memories.
One of the photographers who truly shows emotion and relationships in her pictures is the amazing BreAnne Weston. She is an amazing person, who is so willing to share all her secrets to help make others better. I had the amazing opportunity to hang out with her for one evening and learn as much as i could from her. I have always loved the light in BreAnne’s pictures and that was one thing I really wanted to focus on during our session. We had to reschedule twice to get a sunny day, and I am so glad we did! Emma and Ryan kindly said yes when I asked them to be our models for the night. Emma wore two amazing dresses from RubyClaire Boutique! They are so cute together, and were the perfect models!
